Paris, February 17, 2025 (Globe Newswire) – FTI Consulting, Inc (NYSE: FCN) announced today the appointment of Timothée Fraisse as a senior management director in the corporate finance and restructuring segment of the firm in France.
Mr. Fraisse, who is based in Paris, brings more than 20 years of experience by advising customers on growth strategies and operational turns. In his role in FTI Consulting, he will work with a number of clients, especially those in health care and protection sectors, in solutions that direct improvements to commercial and operational performance, including merger and purchases, carve-outs and restructuring initiatives operational.

Mr. Fraisse brings a rich experience in the health care sector, having previously worked as a surgeon and researcher at university hospitals throughout France, the United Kingdom, Canada and Switzerland. He currently serves as a reserve medical officer within the French Military Health Service. Before joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Fraisse was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led private capital initiatives in the health care sector. He also advised the supply chain and the needs of transformation of key businesses into the airspace sector. Mr. Fraisse previously founded and led Mecapole, an industrial group specializing in subcontracting airspace.
